We offer discounts of up to 40% for individuals earning between 200% and 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), with the largest discounts going to those in the lower income brackets. Payment plans are available in some cases to ensure our services remain accessible.

Low Bono Approach

Washington Records Removal is a low bono focused practice, though we serve clients from all income brackets. Low bono law refers to the practice of providing legal services at reduced rates to make legal assistance more accessible. Low bono law increases access to legal services for moderate-income individuals who don't qualify or cannot access pro bono (free) assistance but also can't afford typical private attorney fees. By offering reduced rates, low bono practice bridges the gap between free legal aid and traditional law firm models, ensuring more people can obtain the legal representation they need.

To book a 30 minute phone or video consultation you may use the website or contact us. The consultation includes a copy of your current publicly available record (WATCH report) as well as information related to eligibility of your convictions. We will answer questions you may have, go over your goals, and help you understand the process in more detail.

This service has a small fee associated with it so that we can keep this practice sustainable and continue to offer low bono sliding scale fees.
